Ole Miss football self-banhammers itself, imposes 2017 postseason ban.
Ole Miss football supporters can go ahead and make their plans for New Years. Ole Miss has announced that it is self-banhammering itself for the 2017 college football postseason.
The move comes after the NCAA cited the Ole Miss an amended notice of allegations which added eight new allegations against the Rebels football program.
A 2016 notice of allegations accused the Ole Miss football program of eleven rules violations, along with seven allegations against the women's basket ball program, and eight allegations against the track and field program.
