Two Pac-12 schools joined the ranks of bowl eligible teams in Week 10 of the college football season. Stanford and USC got their sixth wins this past Saturday, guaranteeing them 2016 postseason bowl bids.

Stanford and USC joined Washington, Colorado, Utah, and Washington State on the bowl eligible list for the Pac-12. Arizona State could join the list with one more win, while Cal needs two wins to escape being homebound in December.

Bowl Eligible

Washington (9-0)
Colorado (7-2)
Utah (7-2)
Washington State (7-2)
Stanford (6-3)
USC (6-3)

On the Brink (Five wins, one win away)

Arizona State (5-4) Week 11: vs. Utah (Nov. 10)

Utah @ Arizona St. will be the last home game for the Sun Devils in the 2016 regular season. It last two games are on the road against Washington St. on Nov. 19, and against Arizona on Nov. 25. The later is on the Friday after Thanksgiving, which means one less day for preparation. Even though Arizona is a horrible 2-7 this season, it would be unwise to think that the Wildcats will simply roll over for their in-state rivals.

Running Out of Days (Four wins, two wins away)

Cal (4-5) Week 11: @Washington St. (Nov. 12)

Cal's last three games are Washington St. (Nov. 12), Stanford (Nov. 19), and UCLA (Nov. 26). If the Golden Bears can notch up an upset against Wazzu or Stanford, it stands a fair chance of getting the best of 3-6 UCLA.
