Three-Star OT Prospect Caleb Chandler Decommits From Iowa State's 2017 Recruiting Class.

From the "He's Just Not That Into You" department comes word that Jefferson, Georgia rising high school senior offensive tackle Caleb Chandler has decommitted from Iowa State.

Chandler, who had initially committed to Iowa St. on June 16, announced his decision to decommit from the Cyclones via Twitter on Tuesday.

While decommitting from Iowa St. Chandler still list the Cyclones among his top 6 schools, along with Florida, Georgia Southern, Louisville, Virginia Tech, and Mississippi State.

247Sports.com grades Chandler as a composite three-star offensive tackle. The recruiting site ranks Chandler at no. 40 among 2017 OT prospects, at no. 39 among 2017 prospects from the state of Georgia, and at no. 375 in its 2017 national composite rankings for 2017 prospects.

Chandler attends Jefferson High School in Jefferson, Ga. He stands 6'5, and weighs 285 lbs.
