Five-star tight end prospect Isaac Nauta decommitts from FSU's 2016 recruiting class.

From the "He's Just Not That Into You" Dept. comes word that the nation's top tight end prospect end for 2016 has decommitted from Florida State. Isaac Nauta, a rising high school senior who currently attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fl., announced his decommitment from FSU on Tuesday via Twitter.





247Sports grades Nauta as a composite five-star tight end prospect. The recruiting service ranks Nauta as the no. 1 TE prospect for 2016 as the no. 5 2016 prospect from the state of Georgia, and the no. 15 prospect overall in its 2016 national composite rankings.

The ESPN 300 for 2016 ranks Nauta at no. 28 among prospects nationally.

Nauta is originally from Buford, Ga. He transferred from Buford High School in Buford, Ga. to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fl. earlier in the year. While at Buford, Nauta was a member of the Buford Wolves' football team that won the Georgia 4A State Championship in 2014, as well as the 3A State Championship in 2012 and 2013.
