It looks like the MAC is making an early push for the Fulmer Cup. Ohio redshirt freshman linebacker  Quentin Poling was arrested in the early morning of Jan. 25 following an altercation outside a pizza joint in Athens, Oh.

The Athens News reports that Athens Police observed what's described as "what appeared to be a fight starting" outside a local pizza/bar establishment while on patrol. Two people believed to be involved in the fight were arrested. One of them was Poling, who led the Bobcats in tackles during the 2014 college football season.

Poling and the other suspect were arrested on "disorderly/fight or threaten" charges. Further information on the incident has not been released.
