Florida State expands Jameis WInston's suspension, will now be out for entire Clemson-FSU game. (UPDATED)

Florida State announced late Friday night that quarterback Jameis Winston's first-half suspension for the Clemson-FSU has been expanded for the full game.

Winston was suspended following an incident where Winston shouted out a line from a profanity-filled internet meme. The suspension had been criticized by some as being too lenient.

The expanded suspension comes in a week there the NFL has undergone criticism for its handling of recent incidents involving players such as former Baltimore Ravens' running back Ray, and Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson.

UPDATE: CNN's Rachel Nichols is reporting via Twitter that Winston's suspension is due to Winston being "not entirely truthful" to the school. What Winston was "untruthful" about is unclear.
