Alabama players got to see Transformers: Age of Extinction before you did.

Alabama players got to see the fourth installment of the Transformers film franchise before you did. The team was treated to a sneak preview of Transformers:Age of Extinction on Monday night.

Alabama wide receivers coach Billy Napier announced to the world via Twitter  that the team would be seeing the Michael Bay-directed film.

A sampling of player reactions by al.com  showed gave the film positive reviews.

The 2012 and 2013 BCS title-winning Alabama teams were both treated to advanced film screenings before their individual title games. The 2012 team viewed the Tuskegee airmen film Red Tails, while the 2013 team saw Zero Dark Thirty, the film about the hunt for Osama Bin Laden.
