Missouri reportedly agrees to new contract extention with head coach Gary Pinkel.

Missouri has reportedly reached an agreement with head coach Gary Pinkel to a new contract extension. This comes following the Tigers' surprise 12-2 season in 2013, and the team's first SEC East title.

According to PowerMizzou.com, the deal will bump Pinkel's annual salary to above $3 million dollars. He currently makes $2.35 million as his annual base salary. Pinkel's coaching staff are also expected to be getting raises.

The new deal still must be ratified by the University of Missouri's Board of Curators. That could come as early as Wednesday, when the Board will be meeting in an executive session.
