Aaron Murray can't wait to be destroyed by Jadeveon Clowney.

Georgia is two days away from facing South Carolina in Athens. With it comes the distinct possibility that Georgia starting quarterback Aaron Murray will at some point in the game get decapitated by South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney. Or at least be rendered as useless as he was in the Dawgs' humiliating 35-7 loss to the Gamecocks last year.

Murray claimed on the Wednesday edition of The Dan Patrick Show that he looked forward to facing Clowney on Saturday, and spoke very highly of him.

“He’s an extremely talented pass rusher, extremely talented against the run,” Murray said of Clowney. “Physically, there’s not many guys like him walking down the street that’s for sure.”

Neither Murray nor Clowney had a season debut worth talking about last week. Clowney can point to having to deal with a stomach virus that slowed him down in his defense, which is something Murray can't fall back on. Expect Clowney to be healthier this weekend, and Murray to be less healthy by the time South Carolina emasculates UGA on Saturday.
