Hugh Freeze gets on the "Energy Bus." Be afraid, Ole Miss.

Ruh-Roh! Ole Miss head football coach Hugh Freeze has tweeted out some rather infamous coaching philosophy. One that usually leads to underperformance on the field.

For those who don't know, the "Energy Bus" is a reference to a book called The Energy Bus by Jon Gordon. Gordon wrote about (as SWRT described it in 2011) "maintaining positive energy and to avoid being an "energy vampire," which sucks positive energy away by being a negative person."

Georgia HC Mark Richt used ideas from the book to motivate his players in 2011. The Dawgs started 0-2 that season, losing to Boise State and South Carolina. The team went to getting pummeled by LSU in the SEC championship game,  it choked at the end to Michigan State in the 2012 Outback Bowl, and made a 10-4 record look unimpressive as only Georgia knows how.

Apparently, Freeze is a member of the same book club that Richt is. This may not be a good thing as Ole Miss tries to duplicate the surprise success of its 2012 season.
