Lee Corso makes Texas A&M mascot nervous.

With ESPN College GameDay at Texas A&M today, there was a very good chance Lee Corso was go for the home team with his infamous mascot head pick. Only one problem - Texas A&M does not have a furry costumed mascot. Instead Reveille VIII, a female collie, serves as the living symbol of the Aggies.  So what would Corso do as a replacement? Dress as a Texas A&M male cheerleader Yell Leader? Wear one of those Corps of Cadets campagn hats? Get a Fish Haircut on the set?

Sadly, Corso did something three times as underwhelming, popping out of a tent with Miss Reveille. Interestingly, she didn't seem to want to have anything to do with Corso, and I don't blame her. To be honest, I'm kinda worried what Corso was going with that dog in that tent.

Hopefully Reveille will recover from this traumatic experience. There's still a good chance that PeTA will throw a protest in College Station, and Sarah McLachlan will do a sad ASPCA commercial about it.
