Tennessee star quarterback Tyler Bray won't be getting behind the wheel of a boat (or presumably a jet ski) for about a year as part of a deal with the Loudon County District Attorney to settle charges against Bray for "reckless operation of a personal watercraft." (The Knoxville News-Sentinel)
