Georgia adds four-star athlete Makiya Tongue and four-star OLB Rian Davis to its 2019 football recruiting class.

You’re not going to believe this, but Georgia has added two more members to its now sixteen-strong 2019 football recruiting class. Joining five-star running back prospect John Emery Jr. in committing to the Bulldogs earlier on Sunday are Baton Rouge, Louisiana high school senior outside linebacker/wide reciever Makiya Tongue, and Apopka, Florida high school senior Rian Davis



247Sports grades Tongue as a composite four-star athlete prospect. The recruiting site’s composite rankings for 2019 rank Tongue at no. 15 among athlete prospects, at no. 13 among prospects from the state of Louisiana, and at no. 211 nationally.

Tongue is the son of former NFL defensive back Reggie Tongue, played on four different teams during his ten years in the league. The elder Tongue played for Oregon State in his college years.

Tongue attends University Lab High School in Baton Rouge, La. He stands 6’2, and weighs 210 lbs.

247Sports grades Davis as a composite four-star outside linebacker prospect. The recruiting site’s composite rankings for 2019 rank Davis at no. 5 among OLB prospects, at no. 7 among prospects from the state of Florida, and at no. 68 nationally.

Davis attends Wekiva High School in Apopka, Fl. He stands 6’1.5, and weighs 240 lbs.
