Ohio St. freshman safetry Marcus Hooker charged with DUI.

ESPN is reporting that freshman Ohio State safety Marcus Hooker was charged with a DUI offense on July 16. The incident happened in Neshannock Township, Pennsylvania.

"Hooker, 18, was stopped by police on June 16. He was also charged with having a high rate of alcohol in his system, the purchase of alcohol by a minor, disregard of a traffic lane, careless driving and failure to have rear lights.Hooker, 18, was stopped by police on June 16. According to ESPN, Hooker had a blood alchol level “between .10 and .16. 
Hooker is the younger brother of Indiana Colts safety Malik Hooker.
