UCLA Adds 3-Star CB Quentin Lake To Its 2017 Recruiting Class.

UCLA has added an eighth prospect to its 2017 recruiting class. Santa Ana, California high school senior cornerback Quentin Lake committed to the Bruins on Tuesday.

Lake is the son of current Pittsburgh Steeler defensive backs coach and UCLA alum Carnell Lake. The elder Lake was a linebacker for the Bruins from 1985-1988, and later went on to a 12-year career in the NFL

247Sports.com grades Lake as a composite three-star cornerback. The recruiting site ranks Lake at no. 94 among 2017 CB prospects, at no. 82 among 2017 prospects from the state of California, and at no. 872 in its 2017 composite national prospect rankings.

Lake attends Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, Ca. He stands 6'1, and weighs 180 lbs.
