If you had Tom Herman on your list of candidates for your school's next head coach you are out of luck. The Houston head coach has announced that he and the school have "agreed in principle" to a new contract.

AMC Previews 2nd Half -season Of The Walking Dead During Into The Badlands.

Skipped out on watching AMC's Into the Badlands after the first-half season finale of The Walking Dead? Too bad, because you missed a preview for the second half of TWD's sixth season, where it set up the confrontation Rick's group of survivors and a certain group of bikers that caused more than enough physical and emotional havoc with them in the original comic book series.



The unseen Negan is to be played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. His arrival on the scene is not a good thing.

Mike London is an ex-Virginia head coach.

Mike London is an ex-Virginia head coach. The school has announced that London resigned during a meeting on Sunday Morning with athletic director Craig Littlepage.

London's first season as Virginia head coach was in 2010. The Cavaliers went 27-46 in London's six seasons as head coach.

Bowl Eligible Teams: Week 13.

It's time to go down what teams are bowl eligible following the end of Week 13, and for most of college football, the end of the regular season. Only 75 out of 80 teams needed to for the 40 bowl games out there have a 6-6 or better record. It's looking as though some 5-7 teams are going to creep in.

Mark Richt is an ex-Georgia head coach. Georgia made the announcement of Richt's imminent departure on Sunday. The move is being referred to as a "mutual decision," though in all likelihood it's probably more of UGA's idea than Richt's. And Yes, the obvious joke has been made.

Les Miles Reportedly Makes Statement Implying Saturday Is His Last Game As LSU Head Coach.

It looks as though the rumors of the end of the Les Miles era at LSU are true. Miles, while not saying Saturday's game against Texas A&M would be his last as head coach of the Tigers, made statements on Friday to the Tiger Gridiron Club that directly implied it as such.

It's an understatement that 2015 has not been the season for South Carolina. It has current overall record of 3-8, with a conference record of an even poorer 1-7. To that off, former Gamecocks head coach Steve Spurrier retired in the middle of the season, and it lost to the Citadel last week.

Georgia Releases Hype Video For Senior Night Game Vs. Georgia Southern.

Georgia will host Georgia Southern on Saturday night. It's going to be aired at 7:30 PM on ESPN U, which while still somewhat low on the WWW totem pole, does point to Ga. Southern's speedy rise to prominence since it rose the the ranks of the FBS last season. It's also of note that Ga. Southern is the most recent school in the state of Georgia to beat Florida.

Arkansas Shows Off New-found Swagger In Hype Video For Saturday's Game Against Mississippi St.

Remember when Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema was on the Hot Seat? Now the Razorbacks have won four in a row, including wins over Auburn, Ole Miss and LSU, and it's LSU's Les Miles that is reportedly on the Hot Seat. (Really, LSU?)

With that in mind, Arkansas has released a hype video for Saturday's game against Mississippi State, showing off a lot of its new-found swagger, and a lot generic dramatic music .

Cardale Jones wants to auction "Peace for Paris" cleats to benefit victims of Terrorist attacks on Paris.

Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones gained attention over the weekend when he drew the "Peace for Paris" symbol that has come to represent solidity with Paris following the Nov. 13 terrorist attacks on the city on his cleats.  He is now apparently wanting to take his support further by auctioning the cleats off to raise money for the victims of the attacks.

Missouri Head Coach Stepping Down At End of 2015 Season.

Gary Pinkel has announced that he will step down from his role as Missouri head football coach at the end of the 2015 season. Pinkel cites health reasons for his decision.

Florida Unleashes Hype Video For Final SEC East Opponent 2015.

Florida is in a celebratory mood after clinching the SEC East. It shows in the new hype video the Gators released for Saturday's game against South Carolina, the only team standing between it and a clean sweep of the division.
