Liberty Bowl 2016 Projections: Arkansas Fated To Play In Memphis On Jan. 2?

Arkansas looks like the most popular choice to go to the 2016 Liberty Bowl by the college football analysts SWRT has been monitoring . Kansas State comes in second, but way wind up 5-7, and only be bowl eligible due to its APR and a vote from its players.
