With the end of the regular season over, and only the conference title games in the way of solidifying projections for the postseason, you would think the analysts would all be in agreement on who might be playing in the non College Football Playoff and New Year's Six bowls. That's doesn't seem to be true. While most analysts see Michigan and Florida facing each other in the 2016 Citrus Bowl, some have Florida in the NY6, which leaves the SEC's spot in the game open for other teams in the conference.

Official bowl name (at least this year): Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl

Date: Jan 1, 2016

Location: Florida Citrus Bowl, Orando, Fl.

Conference affiliations: Big Ten vs. SEC

Last season's game: Missouri defeated Minnesota 33-17.

Who the analysts project for the Citrus Bowl?

Jerry Palm, CBS Sports

College Sports Madness
Michigan vs. Florida

Palm, Bender, Fansided, and College Sports Madness all have Florida going to the Sugar Bowl, which explains it's absence from their projections. Fansided also has Michigan going to the Peach Bowl, which explains why it'a not the unanimous pick for the Citrus Bowl.

Ole Miss is the popular pick in replacing Florida in the Citrus Bowl. Bender has LSU facing the Wolverines, which arguably could end being a better matchup.

Fansided's head scratching Ohio St. vs. Ole Miss projection come from its placing Iowa in the CFP, and Michigan State in the Rose Bowl.
