Notre Dame and Navy to play at EverBank Field in Jacksonville in 2016.

It's official: The annual rivalry game between Notre Dame and Navy is going on the road in 2016. The two schools have come to an agreement to play in Jacksonville's EverBank Field on Nov. 5, 2016.



It marks the second time the rivalry game will be played in Florida. The 2000 meeting took place in Orlando, Florida at the Citrus Bowl Stadium. The Fighting Irish beat the Midshipmen 45-14.

The agreement means that Jacksonville will host two of college football's most famous rivalries on consecutive weekends. Georgia and Florida will play their annal rivalry game on Oct. 31 at EverBank Field.

Notre Dame leads the series 75-12-1.

I was simply amazed at the architecture of this absolutely beautiful venue!! The environment was unbelievable. I was fortunate enough to visit party places Miami like this, we found awesome things one after another after another.
