Dan Mullen brings SEC "shoe wars" to ESPN.

The "shoe wars" among SEC Coaches just about ate SEC Media Days last week. Put the blame on Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen, who used the event to rock a pair of Yeezy kicks (Miss. St. is an Adidas-affiliated school). The move was countered by Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema with a pair of obscenely blinged-up Nike Air Force Ones. Ole Miss' Hugh Freeze and LSU's Les Miles eventually got caught up in the fray.

It doesn't look like the "shoe wars are quite over yet. Mullen wore a pair of custom Adidas sneakers while at ESPN's campus in Bristol for the WWL's annual SEC "Car Wash" on Tuesday.

Hopefully this will be the end for the "show game" among SEC coaches for a while. Pimping your school's apparel provider is one thing. However,  there's just something off about 40-year coaches men wearing sneakers with suits.

Show war has been going in the state for a very long time and it is only because everyone is having their own concept. It sure is supposed to be like old times when fashion was compatible.

It is sure to say this time they are going to hire the best players that are going to be pretty good. The performance of their team is surely going to be increased when new players are in.
