Wisconsin adds two four-star prospects to its 2016 recruiting class.

Saturday has been a banner day for Wisconsin's 2016 recruiting class. Two four-star prospects, rising junior offensive tackle Cole Van Laden from Wisconsin, and  rising junior safety Craig Watts Jr. from Florida, both committed to the Badgers on Saturday.


Van Laden is graded by the 247Sports composite as a four-star offensive tackle. He is ranked by the recruiting website at no. 2 among 2016 prospects from the state of Wisconsin, and at no. 20 among all 2016 OT prospects. 

Van Laden attends Bay Port High School in Suamico, Wi. He stands 6'5, and weighs 275 lbs. 



Watts is graded by the 247Sports composite as a four-star safety. He is ranked by the recruiting service at no. 20 among 2016 safety prospects.

Watts attends Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, Fl. he stands 6'0, and weighs 280 lbs.


The additions of Van Laden and Watts brings the total number of prospects in Wisconsin's 2016 recruiting class to 12.
