Off Tackle Empire's traditional Indiana Week continues with the equally traditional Indiana Potluck, this year featuring dishes based on the Hoosiers' meager bowl history. It's lone Rose Bowl in 1968 is honored with Rose Water Shortbread Cookies. Indiana was beaten by USC that year 14-3.
