Kenny Hill transfers to TCU.

Kenny Hill is transferring to TCU in the fall. The former Texas A&M starting quarterback made the announcement on Friday.

Hill rose to prominence last season after leading the Aggies to a 52-28 defeat over South Carolina in the first game of the 2014 college football season. The Aggies went on to go 5-0, but lost three straight to Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Alabama.

Hill was suspended following the Alabama loss for the ever-vague "violation of team rules." He was replaced by Kyle Allen in the starting QB role, who kept the job for the rest of the season.

Due to NCAA transfer rules, Hill will have to sit out the 2015 season.
