Alabama defensive tackle Jonathan Taylor facing domestic violence charges.

Yet another member Alabama football player is in trouble with the law. Crimson Tide defensive tackle Jonathan Taylor was arrested Saturday night on charges of domestic violence third degree assault, and domestic violence third degree criminal mischief.

The incident occurred around 6 p.m. Saturday, according to the incident report.
The 24-year old female victim had minor injuries to her neck, according to the report. Police also found a bedroom closet door with a hole punched in it.

Williams has a history of run-ins with the law. In July of 2014, he was charged with felony aggravated assault and family violence following an incident with his then-girlfriend. The incident resulted in his dismissal from Georgia.

Before that Williams was one of four then-Georgia players who were arrested in a theft by deception scheme where they tried to cash reimbursement checks from the school after having already cashing them electronically.

Williams joined the Alabama football program in January following a season where he played at Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Mississippi.

The incident follows the DUI arrest of Alabama defensive back Geno Smith on Saturday
