The Fallout - National Signing Day, Jim Harbaugh, Deshaun Watson, and more.

Welcome to the Fallout - National Signing Day edition.

It's Creepy Rob Lowe's favorite day of the year.

National Signing Day. Or as Black Heart Gold Pants calls it, "Creepypalooza." I've never been one to really go nuts over NSD, since I'm just don't get too overexcited over teenage boys like some other pundits do. I may try to keep up with recruiting a little better this year, but only if the monotony of writing the same things over don't drive me insane.

'Bama again comes out on top.
Alabama is named the 2015 "recruiting national champion" by 247Sports. USC, Florida State, Tennessee, and LSU round out the top five.

On the other hand...
USA Today's Paul Myerberg names Tennessee, USC, UCLA, Michigan State, Auburn, and Oklahoma as the big winners for NCD 2015. Florida, Michigan, Ole Miss, and Miami (Fl.) are named as the biggest NSD losers.

According to Jim.

Elementary, Watson!
Scott Keepfer updated the recovery of Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson, who had to miss out on the Tigers' 2014 Citrus Bowl win over Oklahoma after undergoing surgery for a torn ACL. (USA Today)

Hartley to Hartley.

Return of the Trees.
Auburn University will plant two new oak trees at Toomer's Corner on Feb. 14. They replace the original Toomer's Oaks, which were removed in 2013, three years after they were poisoned by an Alabama fan. (ESPN)

I'll show you how to Fax in the mailroom, honey.
Black Heart Gold Pants takes us inside the Iowa State NSB war room. Since a)BHGP is an Iowa blog, and b)BHGP is BHGP, you can guess why it posted here.
