"Fire Al Golden" message written with red plastic cups over Miami-Dade County overpass.

Via College Spun.

From "The natives are restless department" comes this unusual protest from an overpass on the Dolphin Expressway in Miami-Dade County, Fl. Someone, whom we assume is a disgruntled Miami Hurricanes supporter (or supporters), stuck red plastic cups in the overpass' fencing to spell out "Fire Al Golden."

The photo was tweeted out by Billy Corben, the director of the ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries The U, and its sequel The U Part 2.

Golden has a 28-22 record as head coach of the Hurricanes, with a 15-15 record in ACC conference play. The team went 6-7 in 2014, and lost 24-21 to South Carolina in the Independence Bowl on Dec. 27.
