Blake Bell injured.
Oklahoma tight end Blake Bell will miss the rest of spring practice due to a knee sprain. Surgery to repair the knee is not expected. Bell converted to TE from quarterback following the emergence of QB Trevor Knight. (ESPN)

Double trouble for Pitt.
Pitt loses two of its running backs for the rest of spring practice as Issac Bennett is out with a shoulder sprain, and James Conner with a knee sprain. (The Pittsbirgh Post-Gazette)

Miami injury report.
Miami quarterback Ryan Williams had been sidelined with a torn right ACL that he suffered in a non-contact drill during spring practice. He is expected to have surgery on the knee this week. (ESPN)
