Ohio State Safety Vonn Bell Is Stuck In A Moment He Can't Get Out Of.

Ohio State sophomore safety Vonn Bell spent all of the 2013 regular season on the bench, first watching the Buckeyes go 12-0 in the regular season, only to lose to Michigan State in the Big 10 championship game.

He had his first start in the Orange Bowl, where the Buckeyes lost to Clemson 40-35.

Bell says he still thinks about the events of last year.

"It is still a knot in my stomach – it bothers me every day," Bell said. "So I challenge myself to do better every day and watch film and compete. We're going to fix that problem next season."

Bell is recovering from a  torn MCL suffered on the first day of spring practice. He is expected to be ready to return to working out in May.
