Arkansas hires former Tampa Bay Buccaneers' linebackers coach Robb Smith to be its new defensive coordinator. Robb had previously been DC at Rutgers before joining the Bucs' coaching staff. He worked under head coach Greg Schianio for both jobs. (ESPN)

There's a possibility, but no chance. 
The ACC is looking at a scheduling scenario that includes member schools playing one game against an ACC opponent every year. Clemson, Florida State, Georgia Tech, and Louisville already play annual rivalry games against in-state opponents (South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Kentucky respectively). (ESPN)
