Report: Florida head coach Will Muschamp will not be fired this season.

Sad Will Muschamp looking sad.

Florida head coach Will Muschamp will reportedly be back to coach the Gators in 2014. This despite the worst season in the team's history in decades, which has included, injuries, losing to Georgia Southern this past weekend, and losing to Georgia three years in a row.

According to an Orlando Sentinel source, the University of Florida would not fire Muschamp, but that his coaching staff will undergo "significant changes" following Saturday's end of the season rivalry game against Florida state.

Steve McClain, a University of Florida senior administrator also told the Sentinel that "athletic director Jeremy Foley stands by his endorsement of Muschamp." Translation: expect Brent Pease to be an ex-Florida offensive coordinator by the end of next week.

The Gators are 4-7 this season, and 3-5 in the SEC. This will be the first season since 1989 that the Gators won't be playing in a bowl game of BCS title game.
