Missing Texas A&M player Thomas Johnson found, is safe.

Texas A&M wide receiver Thomas Johnson, who was reported missing after failing to show up for classes or practice on Monday, has been located and is reportedly safe, according to the Texas A&M University Police Department.

"A police department spokesperson told ESPN.com Thursday morning that further information was forthcoming, but confirmed that Johnson was safe.

His mother, Linda Hanks, said A&M University police called her early Thursday to say the 18-year-old has been found unharmed.

Police said Wednesday that Johnson was last seen leaving his College Station residence around 5 p.m. Monday."
