Pro-Penn State shirt declares NCCA the "National Communist Athletic Association."

Shirts Without Random Triangles

Ah, the Cold War. The days of Red Dawn, Rocky V, Magnum T.A. vs. Nikita Koloff, and Regan demanding Gorbachev tear down the Berlin Wall. On the other hand, there was that nasty little business of living in fear of nuclear annihilation, but it couldn't be all fun and games and patriotic rhetoric now, could it?

Apparently, Smack Apparel is channeling those days for this totally unlicensed Penn State-centric shirt declaring the NCAA to be the "National Communist Athletic Association," complete with hammer and sickle, natch. Honestly, the NCAA is more communist China than the USSR, but who's counting? This is about the organization "Overstepping their bounds and punishing the innocent" (i.e banhammering Penn St. over the Sandusky scandal), and not being trying to be both a capitalist and socialist organization at the same time. You can argue about what exactly "punishing the innocent" amongst yourselves.
