Missouri reveals new unis.

One of these things in not like the other. One of these things just doesn't belong.

Missouri debuted its spanking new uniforms at its spring game on Saturday. Mizzou obviously wants to make a good first impression as the newest member of the SEC, and this is how they decided to do it. Carefully crafted with love by Uncle Phil's Misguided Children at Nike, the kits come in the traditional home and away versions, along with the alternate gold uni with what's supposed to be tiger stripes on the shoulders. (It looks more like Wolverine's yellow and blue costume for some reason, but that's neither here nor there.)

The helmet's the big news here. The "Block M" has been mothballed in favor of the new Tiger-in-the-oval. The alt-uni gets a helmet with a huge freaking tiger head on the sides, which may be the best thing in the collection. Traditionalists are gonna freak, but progress is progress. And Mizzou has got a massive new audience to show off too.
