Teacher said every time a cowbell rings, Mississippi State gets a fine.

The SEC lifted the ban on the ringing of cowbells during Mississippi State football games with the restriction that it could only be done when the play in the game was stopped. Predictably, overeager cowbell-ringing Mississippi State fans couldn't be held to that particular rule. So now the SEC is set to fine the university for its fans going Blue Oyster Cult when they weren't supposed to. Expect a ruling sometime this month.
